You and VM Economics agree that any proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis, to the exclusion of any class or representative action.
These legal terms are governed by the law of the State of New Mexico (United States), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This provision does not deprive consumers residing in the European Union or elsewhere of the mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence.
